Solutions Architect

Predictive Analytical Resources Limited (PARL) is an agile customer-centric technology solution provider with a culture that cultivates a healthy disregard for the impossible. The company works with world-class OEM technology solution providers to facilitate data-driven decisioning through analytics. Under the guidance and supervision of the Solutions Team Lead, Solutions Architects are responsible for sourcing, selling, and upselling company solutions to clients within the various industry verticals and regional territories.

The role is based in Nairobi, Kenya and being one of the most critical roles within the organization, to be aligned with the company’s growth strategies and revenue targets.  This would require a self-motivated, innovated, ambitious and performance driven individual with great communication and oratory skills to effectively drive the company’s vision and overall success.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting through emails, marketing campaigns, calls and official Client visits.
  • Handle sales process from prospecting through to closure and completion of the sales cycle.
  • Engage in training meetings on product development and updates.
  • Meet productivity metrics as directed by the solutions team lead.
  • Ability to do solution presentations, quotations, and identify opportunities through EoIs, RFIs and RFQs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in prospect-client conversion within a sales channel enterprise business environment with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
  • 2-4 years of working experience in ICT/ IT / Related Industry
  • Degree/Diploma in sales and marketing or professional papers related to this field
  • Solid sales capabilities to go to market positioning various technologies such as Cloud, Big data, AI, Cyber Security & Data protection solutions
  • Ability to prospect, qualify and close sales deals
  • Fluency in English and Swahili (Written and Spoken) French will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communications skills
